“Isso é Importante” means “This Is Major” in Portuguese and this wine is our CA version of Portugal’s famous Vinho Verde wine - a lightly fizzed, low alcohol, bone-dry wine that locals love to drink all day long.

We used 100% Loureiro grapes, one of the common grapes used in Vinho Verde. Our grapes come from Estelle Vineyard in Santa Ynez, CA, one of the only vineyards where Loureiro is grown in California! The cool nights and sunny days ensure hi-res acid and flavor in every sip.

The wine was aged in stainless steel and one neutral oak barrel for ten months. Light carbonation was added right before bottling.
